What you’ll do

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll play a key role in:

• Driving DevOps topics for the TMS (Traffic Management System) project.
• Leading initiatives end-to-end: requirements, design, prototyping, implementation, documentation, deployment and knowledge sharing.
• Building expertise in critical DevOps domains such as monitoring, automation, security integration and deployment industrialization.
• Supporting and mentoring the Operations Team, helping them grow and succeed.

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• A university-level technical education (or equivalent experience).
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Helm charts, Ansible scripting, Terraform.
• Solid knowledge of Linux OS, bash scripting, and IT security.
• Experience leading agile teams (Scrum Master, Team Lead, or Product Owner).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate both colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and minimum level B2 in Norwegian.

Bonus skills (nice-to-have):

• Background in IT solution architecture, networking or VMWare.
• Experience with Azure cloud, Java/Python development, JIRA/Confluence.
• Knowledge of railway systems (ERTMS/TMS).
