The firm operates a modern, cloud-first environment and offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of high-performance finance and cutting-edge technology.

In this role, you’ll deliver hands-on end-user and infrastructure support while contributing to key lift-and-shift and cloud migration initiatives. This is a fully onsite role with a shift pattern rotation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive IT and workspace support across hardware, software, and collaboration tools.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and secure access.
  • Maintain asset inventory, vendor coordination, and network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN, remote access).
  • Enforce security best practices (MFA, patching, endpoint protection, compliance).
  • Support infrastructure upgrades, cloud transitions, and process automation.
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to users in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of IT infrastructure or end-user support experience, ideally in a financial services or trading environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows systems, and endpoint management.
  • Familiarity with Azure/AWS and networking fundamentals preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and a calm, service-oriented approach.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a world-class hedge fund as it builds out its regional technology footprint—offering exposure, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact.
