Role: Product Manager

To spearhead our product development efforts, the organisation is looking for a skilled and seasoned Product Manager. The ideal applicant will be in charge of creating detailed PRDs and establishing the product roadmap in order to deliver the appropriate features. She or he will be passionate, have in-depth product knowledge, and comprehend systems data flows.

In order to provide complicated features, you will work across our platforms—frontend or backend, web or app—by comprehending business requirements, creating thorough PRDs, and collaborating with the technology team to ensure timely delivery.

Key pillars of Product Management

Product Leadership:

• Work with product designers, developers, and key stakeholders to identify user problems and provide data-driven solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end product projects from discovery to final delivery and track metrics for any consequences.
• Work with the stakeholders to define your product's roadmap and strategy.

Data-led decision-making

• Making decisions based on data to find gaps in the customer journey and develop products to close them
• To make the best choices, establish a product roadmap based on precisely defined and quantifiable results.
• Compare performance to competitors' or the industry's norms.

Strategic Collaboration

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary groups in the fields of operations, data, marketing, compliance, and technology to coordinate product experiences.
• Establish user flows and wireframes to convey feature requirements to business or technology teams
• Prioritise features by understanding technical feasibility and business value while advocating for the user.

Thought Leadership

• Create solutions that are scalable, consider future user needs, and persuade business stakeholders to give priority to
• Stay informed about the latest developments in business, technology, products, and rivals.
• Determine business growth prospects across functional domains and convert them into useful products.

What You’ll Bring:

• Over 7 years of product management experience and hands-on experience with Fintech or Payments or FX/CFD Trading products.
• Knowledge of working with a technology team in a sprint-based development process
• Prior experience leading or participating in the creation of desktop or mobile websites or apps for business-to-consumer clients
• Knowing how to use analytics tools like Clarity, Google Analytics, and others to make wise decisions
• Knowledge of various A/B testing tools, including Optimizely, VWO, and Optimise
• Knowledge of programs like Trello, Visio, Lucid Chart, JIRA, Aha!, and others.
• Knowledge of creating products that scale from 1 to 100 or 0 to 1
• Strong data analysis skills in Excel, with prior SQL experience being advantageous; the capacity to work independently and oversee several projects in a hectic setting.
