You? An experienced Product Designer with a passion for crafting impactful and user-centric experiences in the Vend Jobs Marketplace.
What you'll do? As a Product Designer, you’ll create impactful, seamless and delightful user experiences for both job seekers and recruiters across web and app. You’ll be part of the UX design team, working in one of our eight product teams to continuously improve the product and ensure high-quality execution from design to implementation. Through research, ideation and collaboration, you’ll shape products that are integral to helping millions of people discover new job opportunities.
Location? Join us in our vibrant and central Oslo office with the flexibility to work remotely 2–3 days a week.

You’ll spend your everyday working in one of our Jobs product teams in Oslo, side by side with product managers and developers to build great solutions. At the same time, you’ll be part of the Jobs vertical UX team. We’re a close-knit group of seven designers who spar, share and support each other to raise the impact of design.
You’ll also connect with the wider Vend Marketplaces design community across the Nordics, working together on design systems, shared components and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For
- Solid experience in product design, with a portfolio that shows your process and impact
- Strong skills in Figma, from sketching to ensuring quality in implementation
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Familiarity with continuous discovery practices
- Proficiency in English, and at least intermediate Norwegian for customer-facing design work.
- Early-phase concept development and assumption testing
- Native app design
- Data visualization
- Designing for B2B customers
- User focus: You care deeply about solving customer problems through design
- Iterative approach: You enjoy sketching, prototyping, testing, and refining solutions
- Collaborative mindset: You like sparring with colleagues and building solutions together
- Communication skills: You explain your design decisions clearly and help bring the user perspective into team and stakeholder discussions
- Adaptability: You’re comfortable with change and can shift between detail and big picture
- Curiosity about exploring AI-assisted design tools and what good UX looks like in the future
