Role Description

In this role, you will:

• Design user flows and high-fidelity UI across desktop and mobile.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency, efficiency, and clarity.
• Use analytics and behavioral insights to inform and validate design decisions.
• Prototype and iterate quickly using AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements:

• Expert-level Figma: Auto-layout used correctly; Component libraries; Variables, tokens.
• Engineering mindset: "Lean engineering is good engineering"
• Experience designing multi-platform design systems (web + mobile)
• Ability to use analytics and behavioral insights to drive design decisions
• Comfortable simplifying complex workflows into clear user flows
• Ownership mentality, curiosity, and a commitment to learn new things.
