At Tise, we’re on a mission to create the world’s best second-hand marketplace — a place where sustainability meets style, and where buying pre-loved feels even better than buying new. We’re looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer (CPO) to join our leadership team in Oslo, Norway.
In this role, you’ll lead our talented Product & Design team of 12, directly leading 5 senior team members while being responsible for the full product development process from vision to execution. You’ll collaborate with our CEO and team to influence the trajectory of Tise, guaranteeing we continue developing products that resonate with our community.
We’re seeking someone fluent in English, who knows the magic of Tise, understands our community, and thrives at the intersection of product, design, and business. The successful candidate will be a curious, experienced leader with a track record of creating products people love — and ready to help us take second-hand shopping to the next level.

What You Will Accomplish
- Oversee the Product & Design department, ensuring we deliver outstanding experiences for our users.
- Own the vision and execution of product development across Tise.
- Work closely with the CEO, and the rest of the leadership team to set company direction.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities that will shape the future of second-hand shopping.
- Support, mentor, and develop our skilled product managers and designers.
- A consistent track record in product development, ideally from a startup or scale-up, and bring diverse experiences and perspectives from more than one environment.
- A bridge-builder, able to capture what’s happening across teams and ensure clarity, alignment, and collaboration.
- Leading with empathy and fairness, creating psychological safety and trust, while also holding people accountable and following up on expectations.
- Highly data- and experiment-driven, comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and emerging technologies like AI/ML
- Ability to combine strategic vision with practical execution, focusing upwards and outwards on growth and opportunity rather than micromanagement.
- Understand how to connect product, business, and growth, and are skilled at managing partners.
