Mandatory details/Skills –
- Experience in onboarding and offboarding (end-to-end): coordinating interviews, shortlisting, offer letter release, reference and onboarding checks, document collection, maintaining checklists/trackers; for offboarding – resignation acceptance, tracking last working day, access deletion, EOS preparation/coordination with payroll.
- Good knowledge of managing an HRIS system (updating records, generating reports, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint, with strong multitasking ability.
- Good communication skills. Strong knowledge of employee disciplinary procedures.
