The AI Business Analyst is essential in developing the Sales & Marketing AI program. The analyst collaborates closely with operations teams across business units, gathering input to ensure solutions fit real workflows. This role is hands-on: experimenting with data, testing AI tools, and supporting business use cases that demonstrate tangible value. By converting ideas into value, documenting outcomes, and fostering open communication, the AI Business Analyst helps scale successful pilots across the business.

The analyst collaborates closely with operations teams across business units, gathering input to ensure solutions fit real workflows. This role is hands-on: experimenting with data, testing AI tools, and supporting business use cases that demonstrate tangible value. By converting ideas into value, documenting outcomes, and fostering open communication, the AI Business Analyst helps scale successful pilots across the business.
Role Accountabilities
Collaboration and business value understanding
- Engage closely with operations teams and end users to capture needs, feedback, validate solutions, and ensure it fits actual workflows
- Translate AI ideas into meaningful business solutions for non-technical audiences
- Evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions by assessing their impact on business outcomes and their practical feasibility.
- Create clear visualizations and reports of successes to business and technical stakeholders
- Keep up with AI trends and share relevant information across the AI program and other teams
- Run model experiments using open-source frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain, MLflow, vector DBs). Benchmark solution alternatives for performance, cost, and compliance trade-offs
- Create prototypes and minimum viable products, such as chatbots, productivity assistants, or sales tools, which can be evaluated by business users and deployed in operations
- Document assumptions, methods, and risks to support scaling of successful initiatives
- Contribute to AI governance: data sensitivity tagging, compliance notes, and ethical use
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in IT, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or junior AI/ML roles
- Hands-on background from operations is a plus
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter) and SQL
- Familiarity with open-source AI tools that are platform-independent, along with hands-on experience in deploying AI technologies
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) desirable, Snowflake Cortex
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills (Power BI or Python viz libraries)
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance considerations across continents is a plus
- Background from international environments (countries & regions) is beneficial
- Experienced in executing innovation frameworks from idea to implementation
- Ability to easily connect and collaborate across functions and cultures
- Demonstrates the capacity to foster a reliable, business-oriented growth mindset

- Clear communication skills to explain results to non-technical stakeholders
