Responsibilities
- End-to-end BA ownership: discover → document → drive sign-off on ITSM/ITOM requirements.
- Translate complex needs into sprint-ready user stories & acceptance criteria.
- Validate solution feasibility; keep scope, risk & change visible to sponsors.
- Partner with QA/UAT; guarantee every release delivers measurable customer value.
Requirements
- 3+ yrs BA in IT delivery / consulting
- Solid ITSM & enterprise IT process know-how.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow, BMC or similar; familiar with ITOM / observability / AIOps.
- Expert elicitation skills: workshops, user stories, process modelling (JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart).
- Agile/hybrid SDLC fluency
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
