We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of event projects and RFPs from tender and proposal preparation to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in event management, client relations, and project execution within the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage tenders, proposals, and supplier negotiations.
• Oversee event setup, delivery, and cost control.
• Maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven event project management experience in the UAE.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Must currently hold or have held a permanent role in the UAE.
