We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to support the marketing team in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across Al Masaood Automobiles’ business verticals.
This role plays a key part in consolidating data from digital platforms, CRM/CDXP systems, and media dashboards to provide clear visibility into marketing performance, ROI, and customer behavior. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, CX team, and Head of Marketing, the Data Analyst ensures accuracy, governance, and consistency in reporting while supporting forecasting, planning, and optimization of marketing investments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Management & Reporting
- Collect and validate data from sources including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM/CDXP, media dashboards, and QlikSense.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers for key marketing KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPL, CPS, and ROI.
- Collaborate with CX, IT, and Sales teams to build automated dashboards for executive-level reporting.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of all marketing data to support informed decision-making.
2. Performance Analysis & Insights
- Analyze campaign performance across channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize media spend, audience targeting, and creative effectiveness.
- Track customer journeys across touchpoints, identifying drop-off points and recommending improvements.
- Prepare analytical summaries and post-campaign reports to support strategic planning.
3. Forecasting & Decision Support
- Develop forecasts and performance projections (e.g., lead-to-sale cycles, seasonal trends, budget utilization).
- Assess media spend effectiveness and provide optimization recommendations.
- Support leadership with insight reports and presentations for strategic reviews and planning.
4. Governance, Accuracy & Compliance
- Conduct regular data audits to ensure integrity across platforms.
- Standardize reporting templates and methodologies in line with internal SOPs and OEM requirements.
- Uphold data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
- Contribute to the development of governance processes that promote transparency and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Certifications in Data Analytics, Digital Marketing Analytics, or Business Intelligence is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or data reporting, preferably in agency, automotive, FMCG, or digital sectors.
- Customer Centricity: Understands customer behavior and translates data into insights that improve experience and conversion.
- Collaboration: Works effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, CX, IT, and sales.
- Analytical Thinking: Applies critical thinking to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM/CDXP systems, QlikSense or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards); familiarity with SQL, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Experience with campaign tracking, UTM discipline, and data validation.
- Strong understanding of digital metrics, attribution models, and reporting frameworks.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise insights for business and executive audiences.
