Position Title: Generative AI Engineer

Job Location: Remote. Estonia ONLY.

Job Type: Salaried Full-Time.

Compensation: €3,583 - €5,500 monthly

Position Overview

We invite a skilled Generative AI Engineer to become part of our energetic team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing generative AI models aimed at producing inventive solutions tailored for our customers. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams will be essential to ensure the integration of AI-powered applications is seamless.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and enhance generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models, GANs) to generate exceptional outputs that meet project goals.
  • Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to tackle intricate problems utilizing generative AI.
  • Plan, assess, and refine machine learning models to achieve performance, scalability, and precision.
  • Remain informed on the latest developments in generative AI and apply them to current and upcoming projects.
  • Record technical processes and produce comprehensive guidelines for the application of generative AI solutions.
  • Facilitate the deployment and incorporation of generative AI applications into operational environments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a comparable discipline.
  • Over 2 years of experience working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or GANs).
  • Strong command of programming in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
  • Expertise in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multimodal model creation.
  • Solid grasp of AI model training, fine-tuning, and assessment techniques.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in AI advancements.
