The Opportunity

Are you an experienced professional in Construction Management, Estimating, or Site Supervision currently seeking a new challenge, or simply open to hearing about future growth opportunities?

We are actively recruiting talent to strategically match skilled construction leaders with opportunities at our client firms.

We are consistently recruiting for roles ranging from experienced mid-level professionals (2-3 years of experience) to senior leaders, including:

• Project Management
• Project Coordination
• Estimating
• Site Supervision

Listed roles are available across the Civil, MEP, Commercial, Institutional, and Residential sectors, covering all phases from design through preconstruction, construction, and interior construction.

What We Look For

We partner with candidates who are ready to take the next step in their careers and who possess:

• Progressive, relevant experience in the construction industry (ICI, Commercial, Multi-Family, Civil, or Industrial).
• A proven track record of ownership, accountability, and strong performance in your specific discipline.
• Exceptional communication skills in English.
• Relevant education/certifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience with industry software such as Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other project management tools is a valuable asset.
• Professional certifications, such as PMP, and proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD and Revit, are also considered assets.
