Role- Consultant
Location- Kaki Bukit, Singapore
Mandatory skill- J2EE

Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptualization, design, and implementation of Java/J2EE enterprise applications.
• Architect and manage deployments on Weblogic, JBoss, and Tomcat servers.
• Oversee and support Pro*C enterprise application projects.
• Serve as the lead architect for Singapore government projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Integrate and implement GOVTECH common services including Singpass, Corppass, CAM, APEX, and inter-agency communications.
• Manage and maintain systems hosted in Government Data Centers (GDC, GCC).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and secure application architecture.
• Lead migration efforts of Angular JS applications to Angular 18 or 20.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience in Java/J2EE enterprise application development and architecture.
• Strong expertise in Weblogic, JBoss, and Tomcat server environments.
• Hands-on experience with Pro*C enterprise applications.
• Proven track record as an architect on at least one Singapore government project.
• Experience with GOVTECH common services (Singpass, Corppass, CAM, APEX, inter-agency communications).
• Experience managing systems in Government Data Centers (GDC, GCC).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
