Data Scientist

We’re now seeking a Data Scientist to enhance our search system’s performance, scalability, and intelligence. This role reports to the Head of Algorithm and collaborates closely with our Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams.

Job Location: Ayer Rajah Crescent, Singapore

Work Mode: Hybrid — 4 days onsite (Mon–Thu) and 1 day remote (Fri)

Key Responsibilities

• Understand complex business problems and apply data science techniques to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.
• Design and build reliable machine learning models using representative and unbiased datasets.
• Continuously monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Streamline data workflows, develop tools, and enhance automation for scalable processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for analytical tools, pipelines, and platforms.
• Present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and deploying machine learning or predictive models.
• Strong proficiency in Python and key data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib).
• Working knowledge of popular deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet, Caffe, etc.).
• Analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and passion for continuous learning in AI and ML.

Nice to Have

• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with Go (Golang) programming.
• Experience in Deep Learning for images or text.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
