This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tech Lead Laravel Developer based in Delhi, OH. The Tech Lead will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing and developing complex web applications, managing project timelines, and ensuring high-performance application standards. Daily tasks will include code reviews, debugging, deploying applications via CI/CD pipelines, and maintaining technical documentation. The Tech Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as VueJs, Vuex, NuxtJs
- Knowledge of database management systems like MySql and MongoDB
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Docker
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, and DigitalOcean
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
