About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our dynamic team, based in Downers Grove, Illinois, or remotely across various U.S. states. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in PL/SQL, C#, .NET, and Shell Scripting, complemented by a strong background in accounting and exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) and AWS cloud services. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing database solutions, automating business processes, and leading technical initiatives to support our financial and operational objectives. The Tech Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring technical excellence, performance, and compliance with financial regulations. Qualifications

  • Proven experience with PL/SQL, including writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
  • Strong proficiency in Shell Scripting for automation and process optimization
  • Extensive experience with C# and .NET frameworks, including REST API development and maintenance
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial transactions, and reporting processes
  • Exposure to Salesforce (SFDC) integration, customization, and data management
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services such as RDS, S3, Lambda, and EC2
  • Knowledge of ETL processes and data migration strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize stored procedures, triggers, and functions in PL/SQL to support business operations
  • Ensure efficient data processing, database performance tuning, and system reliability
  • Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate workflows, data migrations, and system integrations
  • Enhance operational efficiency through reuse, standardization, and automation of processes
  • Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
  • Collaborate closely with finance teams to understand accounting workflows and develop supporting solutions for financial reporting and reconciliation
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant financial regulations
  • Work on Salesforce (SFDC) integrations and customizations to support CRM initiatives
  • Leverage AWS cloud services for application hosting, data storage, and processing needs
  • Document technical designs, workflows, and support processes for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and finance to deliver comprehensive solutions
