About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager (Client Representative) with proven experience in fit-out construction to lead the coordination between the client, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
The role involves managing the project from design to handover, ensuring that quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met — while also handling contract drafting, review, and administration on behalf of the client.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the client’s interests in all project phases.
- Oversee and coordinate between contractors, consultants, designers, and suppliers.
- Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiation, ensuring clarity of terms and risk allocation.
- Review and approve drawings, material submittals, and variations.
- Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report on performance.
- Prepare weekly reports and advise the client on risks, costs, and project status.
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover to ensure full contractual compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- 8+ years of experience in fit-out or interior construction, preferably in client-side or consultancy roles.
- Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, and project delivery processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools
- familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract standards.
