As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to drive and execute comprehensive sales strategies within your designated area. - Establish parameters, quotes, and negotiate prices with clients for both transient and group business, ensuring optimal terms for the properties.
- Promote and generate sales leads expanding the brand's presence and market share.
- Establish and maintain organized files of major accounts.
- Ensure adherence to selling strategies during negotiations and seize opportunities for maximizing upselling whenever possible.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers fostering long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for your segments.
- Monitor industry trends, policies, and regulations providing insights to shape sales strategies.
- Periodically review and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
