We are seeking a capable Backend Developer who thrives in a focused, results-driven environment and loves building resilient, scalable systems. You will work on critical backend components in Rust, Python, or related ecosystems, with exposure to TypeScript/Node.js and major relational databases. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and clear communication in English. Functions
- Participate in architectural design and technical decision-making for new and existing backend services.
- Implement, test, and deploy scalable, secure, and well-documented APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to team standards and best practices.
- Design, implement, and optimize complex database schemas, queries, and data migration strategies to ensure data integrity and performance.
- Manage and automate deployment pipelines, configure infrastructure, and ensure system reliability with robust monitoring and logging.
- Proactively identify and address security vulnerabilities, applying best practices to protect data and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, from application logic to infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor teammates, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team documentation and processes to drive continuous improvement.

- Professional experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and at least one major relational database (e.g., PostgreSQL, MSSQL).
- Demonstrated experience building and integrating with Firebase services and APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Practical knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
- Familiarity with major cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes and service mesh technologies.
- Experience with DevOps practices and principles.
