Recruitment Associate

At Eracore, we're on a mission to build extraordinary teams that drive innovation across architecture, engineering, and design. As we grow, we're looking for a Recruitment Associate who’s passionate about finding exceptional talent and delivering a great candidate experience.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles across the company and our clients
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job ads
• Help build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal teams
• Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer branding activities

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2-3 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!)
• Are a strong communicator (written and verbal)
• Pay great attention to detail and are super organized
• Thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment
• Are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic HR team
