In the Data Science Center of Excellence, we contribute to a wide range of projects in different areas, domains, and technologies. The GenAI Strategy at SoftServe aims to spearhead the development and implementation of intelligent software systems that integrate GenAI, AI, Data Analytics, MLOps, and Cloud infrastructure.

IF YOU ARE

  • Qualified with or finalizing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Math, or a related field
  • Comfortable using Python and GenAI/ML libraries to analyze data and build lightweight data apps or visualizations
  • Familiar with how databases work, with hands-on experience using SQL or NoSQL
  • Aware of fundamental ML/LLM workflows and the overall software development life cycle
  • A clear communicator who enjoys teamwork and solving complex problems
  • Confident using English in a professional setting at an upper-intermediate level


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Use data and code to solve real-world problems and help clients make smarter decisions
  • Rapidly prototype ML and LLM pipelines
  • Use GenAI and agentic AI approaches to change the software development lifecycle
  • Learn how to connect data pipelines and models into working solutions
  • Communicate technical results clearly through white papers, reports, and client presentations
  • Learn how to work in a collaborative agile environment supporting long-term AI and data science projects
  • Develop your skills under the mentorship of experienced applied scientists and data scientists
  • Build reproducible, well-documented code that meets project and quality standards
