About the Role

Sourceful is looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with a Frontend focus to help build a seamless, AI-enabled product that empowers millions to turn ideas into reality. You’ll own end-to-end features with an emphasis on high-quality UI/UX, working across the stack when needed- but with a strong bias toward crafting beautiful, performant frontends.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of user-facing features with pixel-perfect precision
• Own and deliver fullstack solutions, from frontend design to backend integration
• Use AI tools intentionally, while remaining hands-on with coding - to boost productivity without compromising craftsmanship
• Spot and resolve UI/UX inconsistencies before we ship
• Prototype and iterate quickly in collaboration with design and product teams
• Push the boundaries of what AI-assisted interfaces can look and feel like

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of fullstack and frontend-heavy engineering experience
• Expert-level on React/Typescript/Nextjs
• Intentionality with AI/dev tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) and when to override them
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex features end-to-end
• Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
