This role is a chance to join a cross-functional product pod and play a key role in scaling their platform.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work alongside Product, Design, and other engineers to plan, build, and maintain the core systems.

• Build & Scale: Design, test, and deploy new features across the backend stack with clean, scalable architecture in mind. You'll help design and evolve the APIs, data flows, and integrations as the platform grows.
• Maintain Quality: Monitor production systems for a fast, reliable user experience. Define and uphold coding standards that balance speed and quality.
• Collaborate: Share knowledge and work with the team to shape best practices and solve complex technical challenges.

Who We're Looking For

You're an engineer who knows how to ship great code fast and thrives in a high-energy, fast-changing environment.

Must Have:

• Production-level experience in Python (Django), ideally building for mobile or web applications.
• Comfortable working across distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Stack: Python (Django), Go, GraphQL. Deployment uses Kubernetes (EKS), DataDog, and GitLab.
