About The Role

We are now extending the design team and are looking for a UX-heavy Product Designer to help the Bannerflow product become even more intuitive. We are a marketing hub enabling some of the world's most famous brands to accelerate their online marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure our users, guide our direction and prioritize today’s customer needs informed by user research and data.
• Deep understanding of our business and how it is interrelated with design decisions.
• Ensure that your designs are commercially grounded
• Work cross-functional with tech, product, and other relevant teams to provide elegant solutions to UX and UI challenges.
• Communicate your ideas through high quality concepts and prototypes, knowing when pixel-perfect attention detail is required, and when low-fi sketches will get the job done.
• Provide developers with clear design specifications making sure your designs are understood and implemented as expected.

About You

We believe you craft products rooted in user data and insights, turning complexity into intuitive, satisfying designs. You are also:

• Creative and innovative, yet structured person with 5+ years of experience
• You have previously worked with tricky UX challenges in complex digital products.
• You excel at balancing detail orientation with a focus on the big picture
• Your expertise lies in simplifying complex workflows into intuitive designs
• You are open to feedback and dedicated to delivering optimal solutions for users
• You are a team player and share Bannerflow’s belief that working together is the best way to create value for our customers
• Experience in a fast-growing B2B/SaaS company is seen as a big plus.
