We have partnered with a brand name in the Financial Services space.

This is for an initial 6 month contract?

They are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with experience delivering exceptional digital experiences within financial services.

You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, human-centered products that help customers make confident financial decisions. Working within a fast-paced cross-functional environment, you’ll bring strong design thinking and hands-on technical expertise to every stage of the design lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation through to final delivery, ensuring all digital experiences are accessible, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
  • Translate complex financial concepts and journeys into simple, meaningful, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and data specialists as part of a cross-functional squad, as well as with external partners where required.
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative insights—such as user testing, interviews, heatmaps, and analytics—to inform design decisions and measure impact.
  • Design responsive UI layouts and create scalable, accessible components within the Design System.
  • Confidently use Figma and Figma Make for interface design and prototyping, maintaining consistency across multi-platform experiences.
  • Produce low- and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate early ideas, gathering feedback and iterating rapidly based on user and stakeholder input.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of digital experiences, raising the overall standard of usability and visual design.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven UX/UI design experience, ideally within the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design systems, end-to-end case studies, and measurable business or user outcomes.
  • Expertise in Figma (including component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration tools).
  • Solid understanding of accessibility principles (WCAG) and responsive, mobile-first design.
  • Strong communicator who can explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to balance business goals and user needs.
