As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and adaptable People Operations Project Support professional to join our innovative People team as we implement transformational process improvements.
Reporting to the People Operations Transformation Lead (POTL), you will play a pivotal part in supporting the implementation of a new People Information System alongside other People initiatives and projects, optimising technology to deliver efficient and effective People processes and support to underpin the strategic objectives of the business. You will assist in all project related activities, including project requirements and design workshops, process mapping and documentation, test script preparation, developing training materials and supporting with training delivery, alongside general project activity coordination while liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.
Your contributions will help drive efficiencies, enhance the employee experience, and improve global People operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen interest in HR processes, technology and project management, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the POTL with the planning and execution of People projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment, working closely with the POTL and the Project Manager for the HRIS System implementation
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project planning
- Facilitate team meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to People initiatives
- Produce enduring process maps and documents, training materials and user guides
- Develop test scripts and take part in testing
- Contribute to building a positive team culture by fostering collaboration, engagement, and open communication
- Experience with People information technology and processes within an HR or People Operations environment is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders
- Strong proficiency in in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio; familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to gather and interpret data effectively
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the organisation
- Collaborative and adaptable, able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a passion for improving workplace processes and employee experiences
