We are OshCASINO, a growing and innovative gaming company, seeking a motivated Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a unique product that has already gained traction across multiple countries. What you’ll do:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners to create and optimize successful affiliate campaigns.
- Identify and onboard new partners using CPA, Revshare, and Hybrid models.
- Recruit and collaborate with media buying teams specializing in traffic channels such as Facebook, PPC, UAC, and ASO.
- Utilize affiliate software, CRMs, and trackers to monitor performance, optimize results, and ensure partner satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align goals and develop strategies that drive measurable success.
What you’ll need:
Hard Skills:
- Experience: At least 2 years working with gambling/betting verticals and affiliate programs.
- A strong base of partners in relevant verticals.
- Proficiency with affiliate tools: platforms, CRMs, and trackers.
- Language: Intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English; additional languages are a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational and goal-oriented reporting skills.
