We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with a strong background in OutSystems development, specifically holding the OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of building high-quality web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform. This is a full-time position based in Perth, Western Australia.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Design, implement, and test application modules, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions and ensuring application stability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance development processes and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, assisting them in their technical growth and ensuring project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- OutSystems Associate Reactive Developer certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on web and mobile application development.
- Proficiency in developing applications using the OutSystems platform, including experience with reactive web development.
- Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with database design and integration, preferably with SQL Server or Oracle.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools for project management and collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and find efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
