Hiring for a Mid-Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and maintain tools that reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and leverage AI technologies. You’ll also own the triage and resolution of Collect platform support requests, while mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of learning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Golang, AWS Lambda, and serverless/cloud-native patterns.
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS).
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Experience resolving platform support requests.
• AI tool proficiency (e.g., GPT, Copilot).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
