The Organizational Change Management (OCM) SME will drive the adoption of Agile at scale across the organization by developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies. Your expertise will guide teams through the transition, ensuring that Agile principles are fully integrated into business processes, culture, and daily operations.

The major responsibilities of this role will include, however are not limited to the following.

  • Change strategy & execution: Own stakeholder mapping, sponsorship activation, change impacts, readiness, resistance management, and benefits realization for Agile/SAFe programs.
  • MarCom-grade communications (IABC-aligned). Build integrated comms plans (audience, channels, cadence) with IABC standards for clarity, tone, and ethics. Craft leader narratives, FAQs, talking points, executive emails, and short-form video scripts. Develop and execute targeted communication plans to effectively articulate the benefits, progress, and updates of the Agile transformation to all levels of the organization.
  • Design role-based training; stand up/curate knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence/SharePoint/Notion) with clear IA/taxonomy, governance, searchability, and analytics to improve time-to-answer.
  • Create board-ready presentations and visuals; translate complex change into clear story arcs, data visuals, and decision slides; manage versioning and speaker notes.
  • Produce high-quality slide graphics, diagrams, and infographics (PowerPoint-first; bonus: Figma/Illustrator/Affinity). Maintain reusable templates, iconography, and brand consistency.
  • Run change calendars, office hours, CoPs, and feedback loops. Integrate comms with PI/ART ceremonies and release milestones.
  • Define and track adoption KPIs (time-to-proficiency, enablement completion/effectiveness, usage, sentiment/NPS); iterate plans from evidence.
  • Facilitate workshops, sponsor briefings, roadshows, and readiness events; model Agile-aligned behaviors.

Experience, Skills and Education Required

  • 7–10 years in Organizational Change Management leading multi-team transformations; 3+ years in Agile/DevOps contexts.
  • MarCom/IABC experience: Demonstrated track record producing IABC-quality communication assets and channel mixes at enterprise scale.
  • Knowledge base development: Hands-on building/curating KBs (Confluence/SharePoint/Notion or similar), including IA/taxonomy, governance, and content lifecycle.
  • Expert presentation skills. PowerPoint power-user (master layouts, theme mgmt., animation judiciously, executive-ready story arcs); portfolio of slide work and explanatory graphics.
  • Writing & editing: Executive-level writing (brief, action-oriented, on-brand); strong editing for clarity and tone by audience/segment.
  • Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and practical experience in their implementation.

Desired Attributes:

  • Prosci®/ACMP (or equivalent). Agile certs (CSM, SA, SAFe SPC, or similar). Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to enabling change.
  • Design tools: Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer (for icons, diagrams, infographics).
  • Experience in regulated industries (Banking and Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Travel, Public sector) and with large-scale SAFe/ART environments.
  • Adaptive to dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
  • Strong cultural awareness and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Ability to travel (up to 50%)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
