We aim to hire a skilled and proactive JavaScript Developer to collaborate in transforming how software demos are designed for sales and marketing teams. This exciting role involves contributing to a dynamic demo platform while working with cross-functional experts like Solutions Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Product Development specialists to achieve impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sophisticated demo environments and Proof of Concept (POC) builds aligned with prospects' advanced technical needs and business objectives
- Address challenges like complex Authentication flows and web application rendering to ensure seamless and reliable demo experiences
- Develop and implement AI-driven solutions and automations to scale operational efficiency and innovation
- Translate customer insights and technical constraints into actionable contributions for product feature enhancements
- Curate, expand, and oversee an evolving shared demo asset library and technical resources for streamlined internal team enablement and consistency
- Draft detailed technical statements of work and insightful activity reports for customers, product teams, and leadership, providing advanced analyses of outcomes and hurdles
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relevant technical role with focus on web development
- Expertise in core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with competency in diagnosing and resolving web-related issues
- Familiarity with browser and network behavior, web request-response cycles, advanced authentication mechanisms like OAuth2 and JWT, complex storage solutions including localStorage and cookies, as well as frontend/backend interaction flows
- Proficiency in browser developer tools like Chrome DevTools or equivalent coupled with advanced debugging skills
- Showcase of crafting and deploying AI-based solutions for operational optimization
- Strong communication abilities for simplifying and conveying complex technical concepts effectively across varied stakeholders
- Capability to manage shifting priorities in dynamic environments with agile workflows and project demands
- Understanding of operational improvements and scalable solutions with a strong focus on identifying and initiating them
- Background in sales and marketing workflows, ensuring alignment with the company mission and product vision
- Hands-on mindset to uncover and resolve technical pain points systematically
- Flexibility to overlap work hours until 1 PM ET for CEE candidates while enabling collaboration across time zones
- English proficiency at a B1+ level
