As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic operator who can take on high-impact work that supports both our product and broader engineering initiatives.

Candidates must live and be able to work in LATAM, Ideal location is Colombia South America.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement user-facing features
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for new product features
  • Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
  • Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack
  • Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions
  • Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
  • Support product releases and resolve production issues when necessary

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of full stack development experience using .NET on the backend
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and Node.js
  • Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices
  • Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
  • Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
