Adoreal is scaling rapidly, and this role is designed to support that growth. As we automate more of our content production, scheduling, and reporting processes, we are looking for a strategic operator who can take on high-impact work that supports both our product and broader engineering initiatives.
Candidates must live and be able to work in LATAM, Ideal location is Colombia South America.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable front-end and back-end applications
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to implement user-facing features
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for new product features
- Maintain code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack
- Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle
- Support product releases and resolve production issues when necessary
- 3-6 years of full stack development experience using .NET on the backend
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and Node.js
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and DevOps practices
- Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
- Ability to write clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
