We’re seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to build high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, performant, and visually engaging user experiences that directly impact healthcare outcomes.

We’re seeking a skilled Mobile Developer to build high-quality, scalable mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, performant, and visually engaging user experiences that directly impact healthcare outcomes.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
- Build and deploy mobile apps for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate closely with designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver cohesive, high-performing apps.
- Optimize app performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in mobile development.
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high code quality.
- 7+ years of experience in mobile app development using React Native.
- Proven experience publishing and maintaining apps on the App Store and Google Play.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles, performance optimization, and debugging.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in healthcare, staffing, or marketplace platforms.
