IT Departments Manager

Location: Schaerbeek, Belgium - on-site required (first 3 months), hybdrind 50% afterward
Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English - mandatory

About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Senior IT Manager to oversee multiple IT departments in a growing insurance company. Reporting directly to the CIO, you will coordinate IT operations, drive improvements across teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Who we're looking for:

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Schaerbeek.

• Languages: Trilingual - French, Dutch and English.

• Experience: 8+ years in IT management, ideally with experience across multiple teams or IT domains.
