Description
Work as an HR Support Consultant and assist our client in managing day-to-day HR operations:
- Provide administrative HR support (employee files, contracts, reporting).
- Coordinate HR projects such as trainings, meetings, and employee surveys.
- Assist with payroll follow-up and HR data management.
- Ensure effective communication between HR, management, and employees.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR tools and processes.
Profile
- Proven experience in HR administration or HR support.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems (SAP-HR, Workday, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Available to work on-site when needed.
