We are looking for an IT & AI Architect Lead who can bridge the gap between business and technology.

In this key role, you will be responsible for the IT architecture and AI initiatives. You will also build and lead a team of IT architects and AI specialists, guiding them through the organization's continued transformation.

The IT architecture is currently being established, offering you the unique opportunity to design, define, and implement it from the ground up.

• Own and define the Enterprise & Solution Architecture: capability maps, target architecture, standard building blocks, and architecture runway.

• Translate business needs into sustainable technological solutions.

• Develop and maintain the technology roadmap.

• Evaluate, select, and integrate Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform, M365, etc.).

• Define and implement the AI strategy and governance (ethics, compliance, model catalog, and monitoring).

• Ensure integration principles such as API-first, event-driven architecture, API governance, and iPaaS policy.

• Collaborate with the CISO to ensure security by design (Zero Trust, NIS2, GDPR).

• Drive proofs-of-concept for new and emerging technologies.

• Oversee governance, compliance reviews, tech debt, and lifecycle management.

• Lead and coach the architecture team: recruitment, development, evaluation, and performance management.
  
  

• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or architecture role.

• Proven experience leading and coaching technical teams.

• Strong understanding of both business processes and the technical aspects of IT solutions.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the full Microsoft stack (Azure, Power Platform, M365, etc.) is an absolute must.

• Experience with AI projects and data-driven solutions.

• Familiarity with TOGAF and architectural best practices (certifications are a plus).

• Experience with project methodologies such as Scrum, PM², or Prince2.

• Fluency in Dutch and French is mandatory, with a solid command of English.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level.

• Nice-to-have certifications: TOGAF, Azure Architect Expert, SAFe, Scrum Master, or Product Owner.
