Job description:
- Participate in ETB PMO meeting and liaise with project manager
- Maintains project resources, budget and status up to date in Sciforma
- Support resource management (availability, onboarding, capacity, access to tools)
- Manage the request for quote and payment of invoices
- Organize the steering committees (meeting, attendance, prepare slides, minutes of meetings, )
- Manage project documentation and repositories
- Manage and execute the communication plan for the Project
- Attends project, design and testing meeting and captures the actions agreed during the meeting
- Develop an action plan for every deliverable meeting the agreed deadline
- Coordinate stakeholders to assign tasks and get update on progress
- Track and report project KPIs (schedule, risks, quality)
- Identifies and escalates risk and issues when needed
- Lead and prepare the project core team meeting
- Has a deep understanding on the status and challenges in the product design and development
- Liaise (in)formally with the project team members of ETB and 50 Hz and develop a trustful relationship
- Is proactive, willing to do the extra mile and support entire project team
Requirements:
- Experience of at least 5 years in Project management and/or PMO is a prerequisite
- Experience using a program/project management tool is a plus (ex. Jira, Sciforma, …)
- Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch mandatory (spoken & written)
- Experience in an international IT project delivery is a plus
- Autonomous and capable to manage & respect (program) deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management: Effective at managing relationships with various stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of PMO & project management methodologies
- Fluent communication and coordination
- Proactive and willing to do the extra mile to support entire project team
- Well organized
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Result driven
