Are you ready to drive digital transformation and shape the future of AI-enabled services in a leading global biopharmaceutical company?

We are seeking a Digital Project Manager/AI SME to oversee and optimize our Application Managed Services (AMS) operations, ensuring performance and innovation across analytics, talent, CRM, and commercial domains.

As part of the Digital Technology (DT) organization, you will lead initiatives within a large, multi-million-euro AMS contract, working alongside more than 100 external experts from a strategic partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate automation and AI solutions to enhance incident management, service performance, and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage activities related to contract renewals, RFPs, and external benchmarking.
• Oversee financial tracking, training compliance, and GxP-related processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Your Profile

• Minimum 5 years in enterprise Digital Technology or service management roles.
• Proven experience leading AI or automation-driven projects.
• Strong background in managing large vendor contracts across enterprise organizations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
