Roll-ups are one of the hottest models in the market right now (AI x M&A is exploding). Top investors are talking about it, and operators are building micro private-equity firms with Silicon Valley speed. We’re part of that wave, and this role will sit at the center of it.


What You’ll Do

This is a 0 > 1 GTM build role, except the funnel isn’t selling software, it’s acquiring companies. You will orchestrate how the funnel will work for our team of closers.

  • Build the master dataset of acquisition targets using Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn, and custom sourcing;
  • Discover signals that matter - succession readiness, firm size, expansion patterns, niche specialties;
  • Engineer outbound systems - using Clay + Instantly + Waalaxy + PhantomBuster + Apollo + AirTable to build scalable sourcing workflows;
  • Launch multichannel sourcing campaigns - email, LinkedIn, direct mail, and phone (with support from our call partners);
  • Iterate on messaging that doesn’t sound like spam, and opens real conversations with firm owners;
  • Collaborate with the acquisitions team to optimize lead handoff, qualification, and CRM/workflow;
  • Experiment relentlessly - new channels, new data sources, new signals, new automations, new workflows;
  • Own performance metrics - contact-to-response, response-to-meeting, qualified pipeline and others.


Who We're Looking For

This is built for someone who loves building GTM systems more than just "sending campaigns".

Ideally you are:

  • A Clay power user or automation-first GTM builder;
  • A data-driven outbound operator who cares about lists more than templates;
  • A Growth Ops hacker who builds workflows and experiments;
  • Curious about M&A, rollups, and acquisition entrepreneurship;
  • Excellent written English + clarity in communication.
