About The Role
We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our Cash Loans team in Tallinn, Estonia (on-site). In this role, you’ll act as a crucial link between business needs and technical execution, helping us scale our product efficiently and deliver outstanding features.
You’ll analyze new initiatives, document existing systems, and turn complex requirements into actionable insights for our product and engineering teams. By ensuring clear, testable, and well-structured requirements, you’ll enable faster delivery, reduce risks, and strengthen collaboration across teams.
Your work will directly contribute to development speed, product quality, and stakeholder satisfaction — while laying the groundwork for future innovation.

Your Responsibilities
Feature-Driven System Documentation
- Investigate and document how existing systems work to support new initiatives.
- Collaborate with developers to clarify system logic, data flows, and business rules.
- Create detailed “as-is” documentation, highlighting edge cases and dependencies.
- Maintain and improve legacy feature documentation to ensure readiness for future projects.
- Work with Product Managers to turn ideas into structured, testable business requirements.
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge case scenarios.
- Ensure all requirements are clear, traceable, and testable.
- Support developers in understanding the business
- Partner with local country heads and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews to validate requirements.
- Define UAT scenarios and success criteria based on business requirements.
- Coordinate UAT with stakeholders and QA teams.
- Validate that delivered features meet expectations, document results, and track issues.
- Keep documentation current as requirements evolve.
- Ensure version control and traceability of business rules and specifications.
- Define metrics and KPIs for follow-up.
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Product Analyst, ideally within a tech or fintech environment.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile processes.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Very good command of English.
