Salary: €4,166 - €7,500 per month

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement generative AI models to create innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and fine-tune generative AI models (e.g., GPT, diffusion models, GANs) to create high-quality outputs aligned with project objectives.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and solve complex challenges using generative AI.
Design, test, and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in generative AI and incorporate them into ongoing and future projects.
Document technical processes and provide clear guidelines for implementing generative AI solutions.
Support deployment and integration of generative AI applications into production environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
2+ years of experience working with generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or GANs).
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or multimodal model development.
Strong understanding of AI model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation techniques.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and MLOps best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.
