We are looking for recent graduates to our 6-month Accenture Banking Technology Trainee Program at our Helsinki office!
Accenture Banking Technology Unit is part of the Accenture’s global capability network and we serve several clients in Nordics and globally. Banking Technology is in the intersection of business and technology, and we have techies and more business-oriented people in the team. You’ll get access to Accenture’s vast knowledge base and experienced colleagues to help you to grow to next level on your professional career.
Accenture Technology Trainee Program is a program through which you start your career at Accenture Technology. Through the program, you’ll have opportunities to develop your skills and find your place in the banking tech world. You’ll work on client projects and grow your professional expertise through tailored training sessions focused on Banking industry knowledge, Business analysis skills and Accenture’s own methodology for project work. This program will include regular meetings with mentors and peers, to support you in your journey.

You may join our technology team and specialize in one of the following tracks: Java, .NET, Data, Oracle, SAP, Architecting, Integration Architectures and Applications, Web development.
You’ll work alongside our experts in domains like functional exposure on Oracle in Finance, SAP Functional (Warehousing, Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) and other technologies are used at Accenture to have an impact on business and society.

What skills & experience are we looking for?
Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment

What academic qualifications do you need?
New graduates or with 6 months experience may apply
BSc Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Computing or any related IT Degree
BSc Accounting, Finance, Management and or any related Degree.
