Senior Software Engineer & Scrum Master

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader who thrives in agile environments and enjoys guiding teams toward delivering great software. This hybrid role combines technical excellence with agile leadership. This is a temporary position for an initial period of 9 to 12 months, with a possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example in coding, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and help the team stay focused and productive.
• Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor developers and support team growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to deliver value.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in software development (Java, Python, C++.).
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Passion for both building great software and helping teams succeed.
• Expertise in unit and automatic testing design will be considered a plus
  
  

Must have

Education: Telecommunications or Computer Science Bachelor or Master’s degree. Location: Northern Finland (office located in Oulu). Any other combination of experience/studies will be considered
