Your role
Capgemini Invent is seeking inventive and driven graduates and young professionals to join our dynamic team in Helsinki.
In this role you will play a key role in:
Start date and location
As a recent graduate, you’ll join our Helsinki office in Ruoholahti, with readiness to travel and work on projects at our client sites.

Your role
Capgemini Invent is seeking inventive and driven graduates and young professionals to join our dynamic team in Helsinki.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Working with leading organisations to solve real business challenges
- Contributing to project that span industries and functions
- Developing strategies, designing new business models, and implementing solutions that drive measurable impact and long-term growth.
- Educational background: You hold a master’s degree with strong academic results in fields such as Business, Engineering, Data, Computer Science, or Technology. Ideally, you combine this with real-life experience.
- Recent graduate: You are graduating in 2026 or have recently graduated, with 0–1 year of relevant work experience since completing your degree.
- Skills and mindset: You’re curious, analytical, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You enjoy solving complex challenges and are eager to learn and grow both independently and as part of a team.
- Language skills: You have excellent communication skills in both Finnish and English. Swedish is a plus.
- Additional merits: International and professional experiences, as well as involvement in extracurricular activities, are considered valuable assets.
