We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our Deposit team—15 talented professionals working at the heart of our core banking platform. You’ll take full ownership of our deposit products, guiding their development, delivery, and evolution in a fast-moving landscape. With a new bank launch on the horizon, a fresh interface underway, and a strong focus on productization, this is a pivotal moment to join Crosskey.

Your role

As Product Manager, you will:

• Own the full lifecycle of deposit products—from daily operations to long-term strategy
• Lead and support your product team to ensure smooth delivery and continuous improvement
• Act as Product Owner, prioritizing development and aligning with customer needs
• Collaborate with other product areas and customers to shape roadmaps and increment planning
• Monitor compliance and security, initiating actions to keep products robust and future-proof
• Contribute to strategic planning and resource forecasting alongside the Product Area Manager
• You will report to the Product Area Manager for Core & Credits.

What we’re looking for

You bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in business or engineering
• Solid understanding of deposit products—ideally from both supplier and tech perspectives
• Experience in agile environments and leading cross-functional teams
• A commercial mindset and genuine interest in product development
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
• Proven leadership capabilities
• A collaborative, curious, and hands-on approach—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
