About the Company
Inpart is the leading provider of partnering technology solutions for the biopharma industry. More than 60% of the world's largest Pharma companies and 100+ innovative Biotech’s rely on Inpart's platform to manage their partnerships. With complementary data, Inpart delivers structure, process, efficiency, security, and compliance to more than 160 clients. Our success is powered by a diverse, international team united by our core values: care, diversity, and excellence.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong IT consulting and project delivery experience to join our Implementation Project Management team. You will lead enterprise implementation projects with methodological rigor, commercial awareness, and operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure that every client project is delivered on time, on budget, and within scope, while maintaining high client satisfaction and contributing to the company’s growing services revenue. You’ll bring the discipline and structure of a consulting background (e.g., Capgemini, Accenture, Deloitte) into a fast-growing SaaS environment — driving professionalism, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementation projects, managing timelines, scope, and budget with strong governance and documentation.
- Conduct Application configuration & implementation workshops with clients to comprehensively understand and document clients’ business processes and requirements.
- Drive data correction and migration activities between Applications.
- Monitor the client’s expectation and experience through Inpart’s onboarding process, removing roadblocks, and deploying Inpart resources where needed.
- Define clear KPIs and success metrics for each project (e.g., time-to-first-value, adoption milestones, customer satisfaction, profitability).
- Drive schedule, scope, budget, quality control, and change management, ensuring deliverables remain aligned with the signed Statement of Work (SOW).
- Maintain project governance through structured reporting, documentation, and risk management practices.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure value realization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including but not limited to Technical Services, Product, Customer Success, and Account Management, to ensure coordinated, efficient project execution.
- Identify professional services opportunities in partnership with Sales and Account Managers to support revenue growth.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers, helping elevate the team’s project management standards.
- Continuously improve Inpart’s delivery methodology, templates, and KPIs to drive consistency and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of IT project management or consulting experience in SaaS, software implementation, or digital transformation.
- Strong command of project KPIs (budget, margin, timeline, satisfaction) and the discipline to prevent scope creeps.
- Proficiency with Excel and tools such as Jira, Trello, or equivalent for data tracking and project execution.
- Experience driving services revenue growth and collaborating with sales teams on upsell opportunities.
- Skilled in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid frameworks, with solid risk, scope, and change management practices.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Fast learner and self-starter, comfortable in dynamic environments; prior life sciences experience is not required.
Required Skills
- Strong IT consulting and project delivery experience.
- Ability to manage enterprise implementation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with life sciences industry.
