Your role & impact

We are looking for a data-driven professional who's excited to transform business questions into actionable insights that drive decisions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with commercial teams to influence strategic planning and elevate business performance. You will work alongside talented and driven data peers in a dynamic environment to create real impact in Studapart and HousingAnywhere's growth.

Role

The purpose of this role is to empower commercial teams with insights and recommendations to grow our marketplace and get the most out of our team:

  • Collaborate closely with the commercial teams to translate business questions into analyses, synthesise insights and develop recommendations to drive business results.
  • Define, develop and monitor the key metrics to measure operational performance and business outcomes, and identify drivers for changes in these metrics.
  • Ensure business questions are addressed in the most effective format (ad-hoc deep-dive, recurring analysis, dashboards, self-serving functional tools).
  • Empower stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via dashboards and self-serving tools, in close collaboration with the Analytics Engineering and Business Intelligence teams.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that support operational business processes.
  • Support commercial team OKR planning and measurement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance existing analytical processes and methodologies.

Your team

Our Commercial Analytics and Business Intelligence team is formed by 4 analysts from diverse backgrounds and experience levels. We collaborate closely with data engineers, analytics engineers, and data scientists to extract insights and drive informed decision-making.

Your profile

Required:

  • 4+ years experience as a Data Analyst, or equivalent role with a strong data/analytics component.
  • Analytical mindset, combined with good business sense and orientation.
  • A good communicator who can present insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong project and time management skills.
  • Proficient in SQL and Google Sheets, and experience with at least one dashboarding tool (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.).
  • Proficiency in French.

Nice To Have

  • Advanced knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced tech company is a big plus.
  • Experience creating interactive dashboards in Tableau.
