Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage the on-site security vendor, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Implement and oversee the site-wide security plan.
- Monitor and manage static guarding operations, ensuring coverage and compliance.
- Provide weekly reporting on security performance, incidents, and trends.
- Analyse threats, incidents, and vulnerabilities; recommend mitigation strategies.
- Accredited security training (e.g., SIA equivalent, BA/Masters in Security Management, or similar).
- Strong understanding of critical infrastructure and guarding challenges.
- Experience working with or managing security vendors.
- Ability to guide and influence vendor teams
- German language skills are a bonus but not essential.
