Your Role

As part of our Security Operations Center (SOC), you play a key role in keeping our systems and data secure. You’ll identify, analyze, and manage security incidents while continuously improving our IT security posture.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting our SOC team in detecting and managing security incidents.
• Executing and continuously enhancing our IT security strategy in line with company policies.
• Redefining, optimizing, and implementing security-related processes across departments.
• Implementing and maintaining security tools to strengthen our IT infrastructure.
• Coordinating internal and external IT security audits and ensuring successful outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with both internal teams and external providers.
• Conducting regular risk assessments and security audits.
• Designing and running creative security awareness campaigns to foster a strong security culture.

Your Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT security-related role within an international or multinational environment.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Microsoft 365.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German is a plus.
• Relevant IT security certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, CISSP) are an advantage.
